Tennis Center
The Bonita Bay Club Tennis Center has one of the busiest social and competitive calendars in the country with more than 25 league teams and exciting Championship events, such as the Tour Players Tennis Classic, the Ft. Myers/Naples Tennis Challenge, and weekly play with two United States Professional Tennis Association-certified professionals.
Located adjacent to the fitness and swim center, the tennis center has 18 Har-Tru courts and a fully stocked pro shop. The state-of-the-art clay courts have a subsurface irrigation system that maintains top playing conditions at all times, with no down time to water the courts. In the teaching center, staff analyzes videotaped play and uses computer software to develop playing strategies.
The tennis program is directed by a USPTA Master Professional, one of about 1 percent of more than 15,000 USPTA members worldwide to have achieved the designation.
